How do I start a new project with you?
Email hello@swiftcartmedia.com with a short description of what you want to build, your target platforms (iOS, Android, web) and your timeline. We'll reply within two business days to arrange a call. After that, we send a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and price.
How do I report a bug or request a change on my project?
Email support@swiftcartmedia.com with your project name, a description of the issue or change, steps to reproduce (for bugs), and screenshots if possible. We'll confirm we've received it and let you know the expected timing.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance, which includes operating system updates, bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring and new features. Terms are agreed in writing for each client.
Who owns the code and designs?
Unless your agreement says otherwise, you own the source code, designs and other deliverables created for your project once it has been paid in full. Your app store accounts are always yours.
Can you publish the app on the App Store and Google Play for us?
Yes. We prepare store listings and privacy disclosures, handle the submission and app review, and release the app under your developer account.
